MEET THE OWNERS!

Our family has called DFW metroplex home for the past 19 years. We have been married for 17 years and are blessed with 2 wonderful children – Ivanka (12) and Kabir (8). Just to bring you in on who we are, Ankush’s background is in business and technology while Aanchal found her passion in bringing smiles to kids and families in the community through her pancake art. For the past several years, we have together devoted our time and energy towards our children’s development, their education and their extracurricular activities. When the time came for our next endeavor, it was a natural choice for us to be involved with one focusing on children’s education and development!

We are very aware that choosing an early childhood learning center is an important family decision whether you are a first-time parent or a parent with a few years of experience behind you. Our founders Pat and Janice Vinson’s philosophy is Children should be Hugged First, Then Taught. We couldn’t agree more with their philosophy. We are committed to providing an excellent educational foundation to your children while providing a loving and nurturing environment to them at our school. Our goal is to provide the very best preschool experience for your family so that you may leave with the peace-of-mind knowing that your child is safe and happy while receiving unsurpassed education and care every day.

We have an “open door policy” to ensure we foster a warm and inviting environment for families in our school. We are always open and receptive to any ideas, comments or concerns you may have. We look forward to meeting and getting to know each of you at the school in the next few days and serving our community by being part of your child’s educational journey.

Director of Operations
Hello KRK Families, My name is Amy Garza and I am the Director of Operations at Kids 'R' Kids of Prosper. I have over 14 years of early childcare experience and I started my Kids 'R' Kids journey almost 9 years ago. At the beginning of my KRK journey, I was an assistant teacher and quickly moved into a lead teacher role. I continued to grow within the school and moved into a manager position shortly before the KRK of Prosper location opened. Once the Prosper location opened, I transferred to the Prosper location as the Assistant Director and was promoted to Director in the fall of 2021. During my down time, I enjoy spending time with my family and strolling the aisles of Target .. My husband and I welcomed our first little boy in November 2020 and our second little boy in May 2024. I studied early education in college and hold an AA of Teaching in EC- 6th. I have a passion for working in the early education field and am so excited to lead the KRK Prosper Team!

Crystal Anderson

Assistant Director
With more than 26 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, I am passionate about helping children learn, grow, and build confidence every day. I love creating a warm, nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued, and excited to explore. Although I've lived in seven different states, Texas has truly become my home. I'm a proud mom of four amazing children one son and three daughters who range in age from 21 to 30. When I'm not at school, you'll likely find me sewing, enjoying live music, or spending time with my cats. I also love to travel and have been fortunate to visit Mexico and Puerto Rico. My dream destinations include Italy, Spain, Greece, Africa, and Ireland. One of my biggest adventures was driving a 26-foot U-Haul all the way from New Jersey to Texas! I'm also hoping to learn how to play the piano someday. I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of your child's early learning journey and look forward to getting to know your family while helping make this year a fun, engaging, and memorable experience. Hi I'm Ms. Kelsey. I grew up in Pennsylvania where I got my Bachelor's degree in English. In my free time I like spending my days outside (when it isn't too hot) with my husband, my toddler, and my spoiled dachshunds. Or you can always find me with my nose in a book and a coffee in my hand. I have worked in childcare in various capacities for 7 years and I am so excited to be a part of the Kids R Kids team! I truly love working with kids and helping them learn and grow. I am looking forward to getting to know you and your children this school year!!

Hi everyone, I am passionate about teaching and creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. I am skilled in supporting early childhood development through age-appropriate activities that encourage social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. I have experience building positive relationships with children, families, and staff while promoting a structured yet playful classroom atmosphere. When I am not in the classroom, I enjoy spending time cooking with my daughters, playing games, and participating in outdoor activities. It is an honor to care for your little ones.

Hello, My name is Namita. I am a passionate and dedicated childcare educator with a strong academic foundation in Zoology and specialized training in early childhood education. I hold a Montessori certification and am currently completing my CDA certification, allowing me to blend scientific curiosity with child centered, hands-on learning. My background in zoology has strengthened my understanding of development, behavior, and the natural world, which I enjoy incorporating into engaging and age appropriate learning experiences. I believe every child is naturally curious and capable, and I am committed to creating a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment where children feel confident to explore, learn, and grow. Teaching young children is more than a profession to me it is a passion. I take pride in supporting each child’s social, emotional, and cognitive development while fostering independence, creativity, and a lifelong love for learning.

Bailey Patterson

Hi, my name is Bailey. I joined Kids 'R' Kids of Prosper in June of 2022, and I am the lead teacher of Suite 250. I am a born and raised Texan. Outside of work i love to be outdoors hunting and fishing, and spending time with my fiance and beautiful daughter Paisley who always keeps me busy! I am excited to be a part of the Kids 'R' Kids family and to be able to teach and watch your kiddos grow! I am looking forward to a great year and can't wait to see what the future holds!

Hi! My name is Vanessa Hinnebusch and I have been working at Kids R Kids in the infant room for 4 years. I have loved working with children of all ages for 14 years now. I have a son, Beau, who will be going into Kindergarten this year. I am also married to my husband, Todd, whom I have been with for 5 years. We live in Sherman and have 2 dogs. I look forward to meeting your precious babies and watching them grow all year!

Hi, my name is Keyonce, and I have three years of experience working with young children. I am a very outgoing and fun teacher who loves creating a positive and engaging environment where children feel happy, safe, and excited to learn. As a mom of two girls, I understand how important it is for children to feel cared for, supported, and encouraged every day. I enjoy building strong relationships with my students and bringing lots of energy, creativity, and hands-on learning into the classroom.

Shruthi Hirannaiah

Hello, My name is Shruthi Hirannaiah and I am a highly enthusiastic and creative Pre-K teacher with a passion for nurturing young minds and helping them grow. I have years of experience working with children in various educational settings. I believe that every child is unique and has their own learning style and pace. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment where children can explore, learn, and have fun. My teaching approach is centered around play-based learning, as children learn best when they are engaged and having fun. In my spare time, I love to do Yoga, DIY crafts and spend time in nature with my family. I am excited to be a part of your child's learning journey and look forward to creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for them to thrive in.

Hi my name is Paula and I will be your assistant infant teacher in Suite 100. I have over thirty years of experience in early childhood education, my favorite group is infant and toddlers. I love this age because they develop within the first two the first tow years of life. It brightens my day to get hugs from the little ones and brings joy to my heart to see them learn and grow. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and son. This year is going to be an amazing year and I am so excited to be a part of Kids 'R' Kids Prosper!

Hello my name is Imelda. I have been in the food service industry for over 35 years. I recently retired from Plano ISD where I was the cafeteria manager for 25 years. I enjoy prepping and serving nutritious and delicious meals. I am so excited to be working with your children and being able to offer them a hot and nutritious meals daily.

Kristina (Tina) Solano

Hi, my name is Tina. I joined Kids ‘R’ Kids in March 2026. I have experience working with children, including volunteering at church and working at a summer camp. I completed a semester of college studying Radiation Therapy, and in the fall, I will continue my studies in Radiology so that I can later apply to a radiology program. In my free time, I like to spend time with friends, watch movies, and do nails or hair. I am very excited to be working with children and to see their development over time!

My name is Prashaanti Jayaraman and I am so excited to be your child’s teacher this year! I have two years of teaching experience and a passion for creating a fun, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. My goal is to support every child’s growth, curiosity, and confidence as they explore and discover new things each day. Hi! My name is Crystelle, and I recently graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I have always loved learning, and I hope to continue my education in the future. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family and staying active. Being able to get out of the house and make meaningful memories brings me a lot of joy, and I hope to share that same positive energy with the children and families I work with. I’m so excited to be part of the Kids ‘R’ Kids team! Throughout college, I had the opportunity to work with children from many different backgrounds, and I truly enjoyed getting to know each one. I look forward to creating a fun, caring, and supportive environment where every child feels welcomed, encouraged, and excited to learn.

Hi! My name is Nancy Jaiswal, and I’m the closing infant room teacher. I have two years of prior childcare experience, and I truly love working with this age group. It’s such a special and exciting milestone to watch children grow from babies into taking their first steps and saying their first words. Being part of those moments is my favorite part of what I do. In my free time, I enjoy watching movies, going out to eat, and following soccer and hockey
