It\u2019s important to send your child to school with a full tummy from a healthy breakfast so that they are ready to take on the day! Here are a few breakfast options you can make ahead to keep breakfast close at hand each morning:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.eatingonadime.com\/blueberry-muffin-recipe\/\">Blueberry muffins<\/a>\u2014After the muffins have cooled, wrap them individually and store them in the refrigerator. Pair the muffin with a piece of fruit, like a banana or an orange, and your little one will be ready for the day.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/fitfulfocus.com\/how-to-make-overnight-oats\/\">Overnight oats<\/a>\u2014At the end of the day when you are prepping for the next morning, put your oats together and throw the containers in the refrigerator. Layer berries on top and breakfast will be ready to go in the morning. No prep necessary!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.geniuskitchen.com\/recipe\/mini-frittatas-giada-de-laurentiis-162488#activity-feed\">Mini-frittatas<\/a>\u2014You can make a full dozen eggs ahead of time in muffin tins. Store the cooked eggs in a container in the refrigerator for easy warming in the microwave each day. Add a piece of toast to round out the meal.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/kodiakcakes.com\/\">Mini-protein<\/a> or gluten-free pancakes\u2014Pancakes freeze really well and warm up in the toaster. If you have leftover pancake mix from the weekend, use it to make a few extra mini-pancakes. Freeze them in a storage bag and then toast them for your preschooler. Bananas and berries make an easy side and are a healthy breakfast!<\/li>\n<li>Yogurt parfaits\u2014While you\u2019re at it, make up your own yogurt parfaits with your favorite fruit. Use Greek yogurt sweetened with honey. Layer fruit and yogurt.
