Physical fitness for little ones should be fun and creative, and the best part is that some of these ideas they might already be doing naturally!<\/p>\n<h3>Get sporty<\/h3>\n<p>If your child seems to be interested in sports, or if they just don\u2019t know it yet, playing miniature versions of them is a great way of introducing the importance of fitness to your child. A small basketball hoop and ball in the backyard with mom and dad or siblings will do the trick, as well as a baseball bat and ball.
