Job Description

Under the direction of the Office Manager, the front desk administrator will perform all tasks according to Kids ‘R’ Kids Policies & Procedures, The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, and the Childcare Licensing agency. Administrator will also provide client relationship to help ensure a safe, nurturing, and loving environment where self-concepts are enhanced, independence is encouraged, and individuality is respected.

  • Understand and manage schools A/Rs
  • Inform correct personnel of all concerns and the action taken
  • Schedule parent/teacher conferences when necessary
  • Manage client file
  • Give school tours to any parent with or without an appointment
  • Work closely with School Director on operations of the school
  • Manage monthly and weekly reports for Corp and Franchisees
