Maggie Khoo

Maggie Khoo has worked in fortune 500 companies and Information Technology consulting services for 18 years. She has BBA and MS degrees in MIS from the University of Houston. Her professional customer service oriented high-tech consulting experience inspired her of bringing state of art technology and excellent service into the early childhood education institute.

Maggie has the vision of providing the best learning with fun experience to the future world-class leaders in our community. She believes in teamwork and assembled a group of highly motived early education professionals to help her archive the goal.

Maggie and her husband have three wonderful children spreading from sixteen to three years old. Taking care of preschoolers has been a fun and joyful journey for the last 16 years. She enjoys readings and road trips with the family.


Tiffany Cantrell Smith-Sheridan

Tiffany Cantrell Smith-Sheridan has worked in childcare for over 14 years. She has a marketing degree and MBA from The University of Texas at Austin. While her education is in business all of her professional experience, development and passion are in early childhood education.

Tiffany has been a teacher for 11 years and a director for 3. She has taught preschoolers everything from swimming to art, reading, and handwriting. She is passionately dedicated to the care and education of young children. Tiffany wholeheartedly believes in the old adage “It takes a village to raise a child.” She works hard to partner with parents and families to ensure the best possible care and education with a family and home-like feel.

Tiffany is happily married. She and her husband, Keegan are the proud parents of a beautiful 23-month-old baby girl, Marin Eloise (Suite 250) and a handsome 3-year-old chocolate lab, Hank (he will visit frequently).

Crystal Montoya

Crystal Montoya has the brightest smile we have ever seen. She has 18 plus years of experience in early childhood education with an emphasis on pre-Kindergarten. Crystal has her CDA and is an ECE Pre-K and Kinder certified teacher.

Crystal believes that learning should always be fun for both the teacher and the student. If it feels like work something is wrong. She is fervent in her drive to help all teachers remember their inner child to engage with students on their level.

Crystal has been happily married to her lucky husband, Pete for 13 years. Together they have five beautiful children. She loves all things Disney and all things Texas.
