Keep reading below for some tips on how to implement more positivity into your preschooler\u2019s life.<\/p>\n<h2>Create a positivity box!<\/h2>\n<p>A positivity box doesn\u2019t have to be anything fancy. It can simply be a plastic bag filled with strips of paper. On the strips of paper, write down happy memories that you and your little one have shared together, fun things you like to do together, or even funny stories that you have. When your little one\u2019s thinking turns south, pull out the positivity box and read a few of the strips. By turning a negative moment into a positive recollection, the negative thoughts are sure to go away!<\/p>\n<h2>Be your child&#8217;s biggest motivator!<\/h2>\n<p>When your little one knows that you are supporting them and encouraging them in everything they do, they will feel more confident in themselves. Be cognizant about using positive language about yourself around them, as well. The way you treat you will ultimately rub off on them.<\/p>\n<h2>Have a reflection time at the end of the day!<\/h2>\n<p>It\u2019s best to end the day on a positive note, so when you\u2019re putting your little one to bed, have them think of three or so positive things that happened that day.
