As you gear up for a new school year, we want to share some of our favorite, easy, and creative lunchbox ideas for preschoolers! These are sure to keep your children excited about opening their lunchbox each day.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Sandwich on a Stick<\/b><\/h4>\n

We love sandwiches on a stick because they are fun and don\u2019t take any longer than making a normal sandwich. To make one, cut all ingredients into bite-sized pieces. Then, poke bread onto the skewer followed by an assortment of ingredients before putting on a final piece of bread. Repeat until you have enough skewers to constitute a whole sandwich. Some of our favorite combos are chicken salad on a stick with sliced chicken, apples, grapes, and string cheese, or PB&J with bites of PB&J sandwich, strawberries, and bananas.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Bento Boxes<\/b><\/h4>\n

To make bento boxes for lunch, you\u2019ll need a container that is sectioned off into several small sections. The options for these are endless, but try these for starters!<\/span><\/p>\n

A homemade lunchable bento box is a tried and true favorite. Fill each section of your \u2018bento box\u2019 with crackers, meats, cheeses, and a small dessert. For a healthier alternative, include fruits and\/or veggies instead of the dessert. Another great bento box idea is breakfast for lunch. Fill this one with pancake bites, sliced sausage, fruit leathers, some fresh fruit, and a side of syrup for dipping.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Banana Sushi<\/b><\/h4>\n

Your preschooler will love this fun take on a peanut butter and banana sandwich. Spread peanut butter and drizzle honey on a whole-wheat tortilla, place a banana on the tortilla, and roll it up. Then, slice the roll up into bite-sized, sushi pieces.<\/span><\/p>\n
