Children play and learn at their own developmental speed and move to the next level classroom when ready. Outside, there are separate playgrounds based on developmental levels.
- Kids ‘R’ Kids is devoted to keeping children safe. There are security cameras set up with online access granted to all enrolled families. Each classroom contains an exit to the outdoors in case an emergency were to arise. The front door operates on a coded entry system, and the lobby is open so the front desk administrators can greet you and monitor all that is happening.
- The teachers are continually learning just like they hope the children in their care are. Throughout the year, teachers attend professional development classes to enhance the education for each child in their care. Staff members are trained in First Aid and CPR.
