We are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to work in the school front desk. Experience as daycare admin assistant is a most. Deeply knowledge of Procare Software is required. Ability to schedule teachers, organize and coordinate bus runs, respond to parent’s inquiries, process tuition payments and promote the school when prospect parents are inquiring about our programs. This last responsibility includes conducting tours to show our facility and convince the visitor to enroll in our school.
