We are extremely proud of our excellent staff of teachers and administrators! Our staff is part of the consistent care provided by Kids ‘R’ Kids, serving families in the Greensboro and High Point areas.
Becky Smith, one of our Administrators, has been with us since we opened in 1996. She began as our School-Age Program Coordinator and has worked her way up in the company to her current position as Administrator. Becky’s main focus is the parents and families and she is always a smiling face at the front desk. She is a very important part of our program, and as a mother of three, she understands your needs and is available to you for whatever your needs may be.
Jennifer Doggett, our other Administrator, is a Level III administrator and her focus is on curriculum and the quality of the classrooms. She works closely with the staff to make sure they are happy and easily able to implement our extensive curriculum. She spends her days in the classrooms working with the staff, helping to make their jobs easier so they may focus all of their attention on the children.
Our current Lead Teachers have at a minimum the Early Childhood Credential and are working toward an Associate or Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education. All newly hired Lead Teachers are required to already have either an Associate or Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood or a related field. Experience in a licensed Early Childhood Program is also required. Our Assistant Teachers are also required to have a minimum of the Early Childhood Credential as well as experience working with children. Many of our staff have been with Kids R Kids for over 10 years, and their dedication to quality education is obvious once you experience what they have to offer.
