Our Staff - Our Unique Advantage
We are extremely proud of our excellent staff of teachers and directors! Most of our lead teachers hold a four-year degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, or they have experience commensurate with a degree. Our average lead teacher tenure is over 10 years, a fact that cannot be claimed by any other extended-day preschool in the area!
While we have many unique features that distinguish us from other area preschools, we are particularly proud of our teachers and staff. We have consistently hired only the best through a rigorous process we have implemented. For every 100 resumes we receive, we hire only one person. We have an exhaustive and comprehensive approach to hiring the most qualified and caring teachers and staff.

All Kids ‘R’ Kids faculty and personnel are required to follow state regulations that apply to training, and our staff undergo both criminal background checks and drug tests before being hired. Our staff is trained in First Aid/CPR, Infectious Disease Control, Injury Prevention, and Child Abuse Awareness. Additional training in curriculum, child development, classroom arrangement, classroom management, age-appropriate activities, nutrition, field trip planning and OSHA regulations provide the staff with skills needed to create a quality learning environment.
All staff members are encouraged to further their education through CDA and CCP programs and are given opportunities to attend professional training conferences.
