We accept children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old.
Our hours of operation are 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. to accommodate your family’s needs!
Holidays we are closed include:
- New Year´s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day ( & the Friday after Thanksgiving)
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
Please note that days we are closed may vary per year, depending on how the holiday falls.
Kids R Kids may also close early before or after a holiday. Please ask the front desk for details.
You will be informed of all rates and fees upon enrollment
Yes, our internet viewing system can connect parents and family members to their child while at work or thousands of miles away. Through a secured internet site and unique password you can observe your child´s daily activities through your computer. The same cameras are fed to the front desk for additional monitoring by administrative staff.
Kids ‘R’ Kids East Allen supports these elementary schools with after-school bus transportation:

Our centers have full sized school buses with seat belts to transport children to and from school in the morning and afternoon. Please call for an updated list of schools we service.
Yes. Breakfast, lunch, morning, and afternoon snacks are available at Kids ´R´ Kids. Information is provided by the school on any charges that may apply.
For bottle-fed children, families must provide prepared formula or mother’s milk placed in bottles. We will inform you of the policy regarding baby foods. All infant items should be marked with the child´s first and last name, and date. Weekly menus for children on table food are available for review.
Yes, our buses are available for area field trips. We have field trips scheduled throughout the summer, on many school holidays and at various times throughout the year.

Our exclusive curriculum propels Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academies far beyond state and industry standards. The standards-driven learning goals provide teachers with the tools to engage children in fun and purposeful activities.
Yes, we have four seperate age-appropriate playgrounds. The children have scheduled times in the morning and the afternoon to explore their outside world. We adhere to all licensing saftey standards and perform daily checks to of the playgrounds to ensure the areas are safe. Our camera monitoring system also covers all of our playground areas.

Fill out the Child Enrollment Package located in the “Online Forms“. The Health Information page of the enrollment package must be filled out by the child`s physician (not required for school age children). You will also need a copy of your child`s updated shot records(not required for school age children).

All children need a naptime blanket as well as two extra pairs of clothes- labeled with the child`s first and last name. For children who are not potty trained, bring diapers/pull-ups (we provide baby wipes) and baby food if needed.
Our highly qualified staff is required to attend all state-mandated training and are certified in infant, child and adult CPR and First Aid. They are also required to undergo professional development training throughout each year.
Because we are family-owned and operated, we are on-site and actively involved with our staff and families. This allows us to uphold the highest standards and provide unparalleled service for the families in our community.
We will follow Allen ISD closings/delayed openings. If we are NOT open, you can find out by the homepage of this website, watching Channel 5, going to www.nbc5i.com, or by calling Kids R Kids and listening to the voicemail. If there are no indications in any of these places that we are closed, then we will be open. Please note that we may have a late opening.
If an emergency develops such as severe weather, fire, physical damage to the building, or any other situation that poses a threat, you will be notified.
