Laura Argroves serves as the Director of Curriculum at Kids ‘R’ Kids Crabapple, where she enriches young minds through the school’s comprehensive curriculum. She began working with Kids ‘R’ Kids Crabapple in 2021 and brings over 18 years of experience in early childhood education, having served as an educator for preschoolers of all ages. Her dedication, creativity, and positive energy support teachers, engage families, and inspire children each day. Laura holds a Director Certificate from Ashworth College and completed her studies at Anderson University and Tri-Technical College in Early Childhood Development. She applies her extensive knowledge and experience to continuously enhance the learning environment for every child in her care. Originally from Roswell, Georgia, Laura now resides in Cumming with her husband, Jeff, and their dog, Champ. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Known for her enthusiasm, practical teaching strategies, and heartfelt dedication, Laura is someone the school community can always rely on—whether she’s supporting teachers, assisting families, or finding a child’s jacket in seconds. Her warm and sincere character reflects her commitment to exceptional customer service and genuine care for every child and educator. One of Laura’s greatest joys is seeing children run up for hugs while excitedly reciting a favorite song or book she shares during her daily classroom visits. She lives by her personal philosophy: “It’s not a job if you love what you do—it’s a privilege.”

Milady Smith is happily married and a proud mother of three who brings love, patience, and dedication to everything she does. Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, she has proudly called Georgia home for the past 23 years. With over 20 years of experience in childcare, Milady has a deep passion for nurturing young hearts and minds and creating a safe, loving environment where children feel valued, confident, and encouraged to grow. In 2021, Milady joined the Kids ‘R’ Kids Crabapple family, where she continues to share her heart for teaching and caring for children each day. To Milady, childcare is more than a career—it is her calling. She takes pride in building strong relationships with her students and their families and finds true joy in guiding each child through their early years with kindness, creativity, and compassion. Outside the classroom, Milady enjoys spending quality time with her family, cooking, and decorating. Most of all, she treasures being part of each child’s journey and feels honored to help them learn, explore, and thrive every day.

Taylor Watkins is a dedicated early childhood professional and a proud mother of three who brings warmth, compassion, and enthusiasm to everything she does. She began her career in childcare in 2016 and has since had the opportunity to work with every age group, allowing her to develop a deep, well-rounded understanding of child development and the unique needs of each classroom. In April 2023, Taylor joined the Kids ‘R’ Kids Crabapple family, where she quickly became known for her kind heart, positive spirit, and unwavering commitment to students and families. For Taylor, one of the greatest joys of her work is seeing the smiles on children’s faces as they greet her each day and watching them grow in confidence, independence, and curiosity. She takes great pride in being a trusted source of support for families and a dependable mentor for fellow staff members. Taylor believes that strong relationships are the foundation of a successful learning environment, and she works hard to ensure every child feels safe, valued, and loved. Outside of the classroom, Taylor treasures time with her family and finds inspiration in her role as both a mother and an educator. Her passion for early childhood education shines through in everything she does, and she feels honored to play a role in shaping young lives and helping each child reach their fullest potential.

We are so excited to introduce you to Mrs. Amanda who joined the Kids R Kids family in 2023. Mrs. Amanda has over 12 years of experience with all age groups, but has loved working with infants the most. When Mrs. Amanda is not teaching, she can be found spending time with her husband and diving into a great book. Her favorite children's book is "Goodnight Moon".

We are so excited to introduce you to Mrs. Geri! She joined the Kids R Kids Crabapple family in 2021 after her youngest daughter came here for Pre-K! Mrs. Geri comes tous with over a decade of childcare experience. She has two beautiful daughters with her husband. When she is not teaching she can be found spending quality time with her family and cooking for them.

Ms. Lillian (Lily) comes to Kids R Kids Crabapple with over 6 years of experience in professional early childhood education. She has been a private nanny and educator for many years. She worked at the Kids R Kids in Athens before joining us in 2023. When she is not teaching she can be found cooking and reading a good book!
