- Children turning 4 years old by September 1, 2022
- Children living within the Fulton County School Zone
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR LOTTERY?
- Official Proof of Birth (Certified, Government issued)
- Proof of Residency (2 are required)
- Parent/Guardian Identification
OTHER REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- Current Immunization Certificate (FORM 3231)
- Current Eye, Ear, Dental Nutrition Examination Certificate (FORM 3300)
- Social Security Card or Waiver
