About Our Staff

We are extremely proud of our excellent staff of teachers and directors! Our staff is part of the consistent care provided by Kids ‘R’ Kids.

All Kids ‘R’ Kids faculty and personnel are required to follow state regulations that apply to training. Our staff is trained in First Aid/CPR, Infectious Disease Control, Injury Prevention, and Child Abuse Awareness. Additional training in curriculum, child development, classroom arrangement, classroom management, age-appropriate activities, nutrition, field trip planning and OSHA regulations provide the staff with skills needed to create a quality learning environment. The staff are encouraged to further their education through CDA and CCP programs, and they are given opportunities to attend professional training conferences.

Dear Parents,

We would like to take the opportunity to welcome your family to ours by choosing Kids ‘R’ Kids of Montville for your child’s early childhood education needs. Whether you are a first time parent or one with a few years of experience behind you, we are aware that choosing a preschool can be a very difficult decision. For this reason, we strive to do all we can to help make this choice as easy as possible. Our goal is to provide the very best Pre-School experience for your family so that you may leave with the peace of mind knowing your child is receiving unsurpassed education and care.

As a new family to our center, we know that any type of change involving your child can create a variety of different feelings. Please know that we are here to help make this transition as smooth as possible. When Pat and I decided to open a childcare center, we searched for several years until we found Kids ‘R’ Kids. Finally, we felt that we found a system of philosophies that aligned with ours. Between the unparalleled curriculum, large playgrounds, state of the art facilities, and on-site chef making fresh foods daily, we decided to bring Kids ‘R’ Kids to Montville, New Jersey. We opened on July 23rd, 2018 and are on-site daily with our son, Jordan, who serves as Director of Operations.

It is very important to us that parents feel that we are partners in the care and education of their child. We have an “open door” policy at all times and encourage our parents to come by and visit with us about anything. Please know that management is always open and receptive to any ideas, comments or concerns you might have. We strive for continuous improvement at our schools and we can only achieve that with your help.
